There is an excellent exhibition now on at the Russell-Cotes Museum and Art Gallery (until March 5th 2023) and continuing at the Southampton City Art Gallery (17th March-1st July 20023), featuring paintings from their combined collections and with the title: 'Telling Tales: The Story of Victorian Narrative Art'. The beautiful Russell-Cotes in Bournemouth is worth a visit at any time, and this exhibition very much adds to the satisfaction.
